So I brewed my second batch of beer tonight - went relatively smoothly except for one thing..... I forgot my finishing hops. I brewed a kit Brewer's Best IPA and followed everything to the letter except that one small detail. So should I not worry about it and just let it go - or dry hop? If I dry hop, should I do this in the primary or secondary? Do I add all of the hops, or just part of them? My fiance really thinks this is great, as she doesn't care too much for real hoppy IPAs - however I could eat hops straight off the vine.

Many months ago I ordered an ipa kit, and while brewing realized I was shorted an oz of hops. I just dry hopped it in the secondary for 2 weeks then racked it to a keg. I think it's ok, but everyone else that tries it seems to love it.

Thanks! I'll dry hop in the secondary and let you know how it works out.

Mine worked out fine, and I do like to dry hop my ipa's. Of course with this dang hop shortage this might change for the near future...
