Im sure people will cringe at this question but Im going to ask anyway....

I have a pale ale and a brown ale I would like to keg and tap as quick as possible. Am I good to keg and tap as soon as primary fermentation is done?

Any thoughts an input is welcome, even if its to tell me I shouldnt do this...

It all depends on the beer!

There are some recipes I've heard can be ready to drink a week after brewing, I've got some that won't be ready for a year...
