Thanks! Just got the nitro up and running for the stout last week. I don't know if it's awesome or sad how excited I was to see my homebrewed stout cascading like guinness for the first time Very Happy

I have kegerator envy! You have done an incredible job. Where did you get your mixed gas tank filled? What size tanks are you using? I would like to see how you ran your lines. You must have several regulators, are you using more than three? ]

Why Thank you Kind Sir.

I have actually one dual regulator inside the freezer for the stout/wine and one single regulator on the outside for the co2. The co2 runs into a 6 port manifold with shutoffs.

I'll post the pic with the nitro tank soon, this is the only one I have here with me now.

They're really not hard at all or that expensive if you just get the parts when you find deals on them. Assembling it only takes a few hours. If anyone needs help with one I'm willing to assist.

What temperature do you keep your freezer set at?
What pressure do you carbonate at with co2?
What pressure did you use to carbonate your stout with?

Fridge sits about 38 degrees.

For most I just carbonate at the 8-10 psi serving pressure once they go in the keg. I prefer most of my beers with low carbonation Right now I have a couple more kegs full than I have room for so I've got 2 carbing at 12 psi in another fridge and 2 in the garage just under pressure to keep the lids sealed but not so much to carb.

The stout was carbed for a couple days at 10psi then put on the beer mix at about 15 i believe serving. I'm still messing with the pressure to get the best pour but it's working good where it's at so why mess with it ya know.
