Both of them are quite good. The Dunkel has a nice chocolate/roast finish and great spicy wheat nose. The Barley wine is a little on the hoppy end of the hops/malt/alcohol flavor.
I enjoy all of the beers at Destihl. The only issue IMO seems to be with the very low temperature that the beers are served at. I know that is a result of what the average customer wants so I can be patient and let my beer warm a bit before drinking.
A cask conditioned handpulled beer is on its way soon!
