I need another burner. I was ready to buy one that I found, but just ran across the one in the link below and got me to thinking how nice it would be to do a direct fired mash tun in place of the cooler I just built. I think this would work to sit up on my work bench, use the tall one for the hlt and the shorter one for my mash tun, then on the floor would sit my boil kettle on a burner, which sits high enough to siphon right into a carboy. I will be doing 10 gallon batches soon so I'm concerned on the weight limits of this unit though. Any thoughts?
